Shang Hao Jia 187JQ is a single-component transparent silicone adhesive, a non-whitening and non-hardening silicone glue specifically for bonding silicone to silicone, silicone to metal, large-area metal to metal, silicone strip butt jointing, silicone to glass, and silicone to ceramic. It provides waterproofing, resistance to high and low temperatures, non-hardening, non-whitening, and seamless effects.

1. Appearance: Colorless semi-transparent gel;

2. Chemical Composition: Single-component, organic silicone polymer compound;

3. Bonding Material Types: Suitable for bonding silicone, plastic, metal, glass, bakelite, and ceramic. Ideal for silicone sealing rings and silicone products such as bonding silicone to plastic, metal, wood, ceramic, glass, and waterproof potting and filling.

4. Self-drying, flexible, resistant to high temperatures up to 280°C and low temperatures down to -60°C. Surface dries in 5-15 minutes (please bond or adhere within 3 minutes after extrusion). Reaches 80% strength in 3 hours and fully cures in 24 hours. After full curing, the bonding strength per square centimeter reaches 60-75 kg, achieving a tear-resistant effect.

2. Usage Method

1. Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive to the surface of the substrate to be bonded (depending on the bonding area, a dispensing tube or needle can be attached to the front of the nozzle to control the amount of adhesive).

2. After applying the adhesive, press the two surfaces together. Surface dries in 3-5 minutes, fully cures in twenty hours.
