Silicone Adhesive TPR Glue is Strong

Silicone adhesive TPR glue is widely used in the home appliance industry, radio industry, speaker industry, hardware plastic products, toys, decoration and renovation, craft toys, thermal insulation materials, packaging and printing industries. Depending on the bonding area of the substrate, we choose small-area instant adhesive, Shang Hao Jia 942 instant adhesive for TPR, and silicone adhesive TPR glue.

III. Usage Method:

1. Remove surface dirt, rust, oil, mold release agent, etc., from the bonding parts. A clean cloth can be used for cleaning.

2. Apply the primer (adhesive promoter) to the silicone rubber or thermoplastic elastomer surface, and let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the primer dries completely. Apply the adhesive to the bonding surface, then press the other product part firmly for a few seconds.

3. Generally, the bonded parts will set in about 60 seconds. Do not separate or move the bonded parts during this time, as it may affect the bonding strength.

4. The amount of adhesive should be such that a thin film is formed after bonding. Too little adhesive will result in insufficient bonding strength, while too much adhesive will slow down curing and cause severe whitening.
