Features

This aluminum sol exhibits properties such as adhesiveness, easy dispersibility, reversible water solubility, suspension capability, positive charge, adsorption, and stability. 

Applications

It can be widely used in petroleum chemical catalysts, aluminum silicate fibers, and ceramics as a high-temperature and refractory material molding binder; as an additive in ceramic and enamel glazes; as an antistatic agent in flocking and electrostatic flocking; as a film-forming agent and antistatic agent in textile and fiber treatment; as an emulsifier in alumina castables, pigments, and coatings; as a surface treatment agent for photographic paper; as an anti-fogging agent for greenhouses; as a waterproofing agent; and in various industries such as inorganic fibers, activated alumina, high-purity alumina, enamel, daily necessities, and papermaking. 

1. Utilizing the adhesive, film-forming, and wear-resistant properties of aluminum sol, it can be used as a binder for inorganic fibers such as glass fiber, asbestos, and ceramic fiber, and can be molded into any shape.

2. Aluminum sol and silicic acid fibers can be used to produce ceramic paper.

3. Mixing aluminum sol with refractory material powder or inorganic fibers can create heat-resistant coating materials, castable refractories, and spray materials of any viscosity.

4. When added to ceramic manufacturing, it does not reduce the refractory properties of the raw materials but increases the strength of the green body, enabling the production of various ceramic products.

5. In textile fibers, it can enhance smoothness, improve impact resistance, and increase wear resistance.

6. In the paper industry, it can improve the smoothness, whiteness, and moisture resistance of paper, and can also serve as a surface treatment binder for processed paper.

7. It can be used as a cationic emulsifier.

8. It can be used to prepare catalyst carriers or molecular sieves.

9. It can serve as an ink absorbent for paper.
