RFID Smart Bookshelf

The RFID smart bookshelf has a section spacing of 900mm, width of 500mm, and height of 2300mm. It features a six-layer double-sided design, composed of the shelf body, RFID equipment, glass mirror screen, human detection device, and lighting equipment. Each side of each layer is equipped with a set of RFID antennas, which are concealed within the shelf panels without protruding from the surface, thus not occupying book storage space. The reader and controller are discreetly installed after integration via specialized modules, with no exposed components. The side panels of the bookshelf are embedded with an LCD glass mirror screen, featuring a frameless design that integrates seamlessly into the wooden side panels. On average, a single side of a single layer can store ≥45 standard 16mo-sized books or ≥50 32mo-sized books.

RFID Equipment Specifications

1. High-Frequency RFID Horizontal Shelf Antenna

Dimensions: 780mm*200mm*23mm (thickness). Antennas can be customized according to the shelf panel dimensions, with corresponding anti-environmental interference capabilities.

Installation method: Flat-mounted. Books can be placed upside down or upright without interference, ensuring accurate recognition. Complies with ISO15693/ISO18000-3 protocols. The antenna is concealed within the panel, maintaining a complete and aesthetically pleasing appearance while reducing the risk of damage from contact.

2. HF High-Frequency Reader

RF operating frequency: High-frequency 13.56MHz

Maximum read/write distance: 30–70cm (depending on the antenna, tag, and surrounding environment)

Includes demo software for PC and a Windows SDK for user-friendly development.

3. FM540E Antenna Multiplexer

RF interface: One 50-ohm SMA standard RF input connector for the reader; 40 50-ohm SMA standard output connectors for antenna expansion.

Host interface: Standard RS232 serial port (ESD protection, auto-baud rate, maximum baud rate 115.2Kbps).

Communication via RF input coaxial cable.

Power supply: DC 12V (includes AC/DC regulated power supply), current 200mA.
