This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4852, suitable for testing the initial tack of various adhesive products, such as pressure-sensitive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films, etc.

Tape Initial Tack Tester TC-CZY-G

Mainly consists of an inclined plate, ball release device, bracket, adjustable leveling base, and steel balls. It uses the inclined rolling ball method to test the initial tack of the sample by the adhesive effect of the tape on the steel ball when the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive tape sample come into brief contact under slight pressure. The specific operation method is to place the adhesive side up on a test plate inclined at 30°, take the steel balls starting from the largest size, and allow them to roll down freely in sequence, recording the ball number that adheres to the sample for 5 seconds or more.
