180° Peel Strength Tester is suitable for testing the 180-degree peel performance of related products such as adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive labels, medical patches, protective films, release paper, composite films, films, paper, etc. The BLJ-C can accurately measure the initial adhesion force value. Equipped with sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data, the product meets international standards such as FINAT and ASTM, and is widely used in research centers, adhesive product manufacturers, quality inspection centers, and other units.
Testing Principle
Attach the adhesive side of the test sample to the standard test panel, roll it three times with a standard pressure roller, let it rest, then clamp it onto the peel tester. Peel the sample and the test panel at a 180° angle. The force sensor records the force value during the peeling process, and dividing this value by the width of the sample gives the peel strength.
