Zero Drop Tester
Primarily used for drop testing of larger packaging. The machine features a rapidly descending "E"-shaped fork as the specimen holder, where the test product is balanced according to test requirements (face, edge, and corner tests). During testing, the support arm moves downward at high speed, and the test product drops with the "E"-shaped fork onto the base plate rubber, leveling on the base plate under the action of high-efficiency shock absorbers. Theoretically, the Zero Drop Tester can perform drop tests from a zero-height range. The drop height is set via an LCD controller, and the drop test is automatically executed according to the set height.
