Introduction:
Ultra-High Speed Fixed Gain HSPR-X and HSA-X-S
By combining state-of-the-art photodiodes with proven and excellent FEMTO GHz amplifier technology, we have designed a new series of optical receivers with outstanding performance. The HSPR-X and HSA-X-S offer an upper bandwidth of 2 GHz. Two models with fast Si-PIN or InGaAs-PIN photodiodes cover the spectral ranges of 320-1000 nm and 900-1700 nm, respectively. Due to the sophisticated amplifier design, the minimum NEP is only 11 pW/√Hz at a transimpedance of 5×103 V/A. This enables the measurement of optical power in the μW range at GHz speeds.
