The designed CAD architectural drawings are imported into the supporting structural software, which generates a light steel frame structural model from the drawings and parses it into structural diagrams. In these diagrams, the dimensions, shape, hole positions, and sizes of each light steel frame are detailed. Based on structural design requirements, the dimensions, lengths, and equipment perforations of C-shaped steel are pre-processed. This approach enables 3D assembly without the need for additional processing or layout lines. The construction site requires no cutting, drilling, or welding, as screw holes are pre-drilled. Workers simply assemble according to the drawings. This light steel system completely eliminates secondary processing, avoids steel waste, and adheres to globally unified standards.
