1. Product Introduction

This series of coal-fired air furnaces (Patent No.: ZL201320790774X) is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly hot air system developed by our company, utilizing fluidized bed combustion technology combined with high-efficiency jet tubes and plug-in tube heat exchangers. It features high thermal efficiency, stable heat supply, high automation, and a wide load adjustment range. It is now widely used in drying applications for kaolin, white carbon black, water purifying agents, potassium fluoride, gypsum powder, chemical dyes, nano calcium carbonate, food, and pharmaceuticals.

2. Performance and Features

(1) Designed with a comprehensive waste heat recovery system, the overall thermal efficiency of the heating system exceeds 80%, with a coal burnout rate of over 99% and high thermal intensity;
(2) High thermal efficiency, more than 20% higher than chain grate stokers;
(3) The dust content in hot flue gas is less than 5%, reducing erosion and wear on the air heat exchanger end;

(4) Stable heat supply with a wide load adjustment range, operating between 50% and 110% of rated capacity;
(5) Capable of burning various types of coal with a low calorific value greater than 8360 kJ/kg (2000 kcal/kg);
(6) Intermittent operation with a fire-holding time of up to 24 hours or more;
(7) Slag carbon content below 1%, with good activity, making it an excellent admixture for cement;
(8) High level of electrification, simple operation, low labor intensity for workers, with 1–2 operators per shift;
(9) Simple fuel preparation, with coal crushed to below 10mm and directly fed into the furnace for combustion.
