High practicality and simple operation: Analog circuits have interdependent zero and span adjustments, requiring multiple calibrations; the smart circuit uses button settings and one-key calibration, making operation extremely simple and accurate. 2. Stable display: Analog circuits struggle to achieve significant damping and sampling times, causing instability in monitoring instrument displays during production when gas volume fluctuates slightly or the liquid level shifts minimally, leading to visual fatigue for operators; the smart level gauge employs digital software filtering technology, unaffected by gas volume or liquid level fluctuations, enabling quick tracking of transient changes while displaying the average effect of the liquid level, ensuring stable and accurate readings. 3. Wide operating range: Analog circuits, limited by hardware, require higher operating voltages, typically above 14V. When paired with safety barriers with low current, a slightly high liquid level can cause voltage drops, leading to abnormal displays and potentially misleading operators or causing accidents; the smart level gauge operates normally within 8-30V, compatible with any type of safety barrier. 4. Strong anti-interference capability: Most analog circuits, when directly connected to microcomputer systems, are affected by signals from other equipment, resulting in instability or even failure to operate; the smart level gauge uses software and hardware anti-interference and error correction technologies, allowing direct networking in non-explosive environments without isolation, reducing circuit complexity and costs. 5.
