Jingzhou Tianyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in July 2003 and is located in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone: No. 105 Jianshe Road, Cenhe Town, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, just a 10-minute drive from the newly built Jingzhou Airport and high-speed rail station. The factory covers an area of over 100,000 square meters, with a construction area of over 30,000 square meters, and a total investment of 80 million RMB. The company currently has 378 employees, including 68 engineering and technical personnel. It actively participates in the research and development of new vehicle models and products for OEMs, collaborating with various customers on the R&D, design, and manufacturing of automotive tubing materials and tubing assemblies, providing continuous professional and efficient technical support and after-sales service.

The company has years of experience in producing high-quality, high-precision, multi-specification, and multi-functional double-layer welded steel pipes, various surface-treated tubing materials, automotive tubing, and automotive tubing assemblies. It is one of the major production bases for automotive tubing and tubing assemblies in China and is a privately-owned enterprise with a complete industry chain. The company partners with international suppliers such as Shanghai Baosteel, AkzoNobel, and Axalta to ensure product quality and stable supply. It currently operates four self-developed copper-plated steel strip production lines that meet domestic advanced standards, one automatic steel strip slitting line, twelve tube-making production lines using international control technology, six automated surface treatment production lines for tubing, one internationally advanced PA12 production line imported from the United States, and processing equipment for forming tubing with an annual capacity of over 10 million sets.

The company can provide products such as copper-plated steel strips, galvanized tubing, PVF tubing, PA12 tubing, various automotive tubing, and tubing assemblies, meeting the tubing standards of Ford, General Motors, Volkswagen, and the diverse needs of domestic and international customers. Its products have been sold to well-known domestic automotive OEMs and parts manufacturers such as Bundy Corporation, JAC Motors, Haima Automobile, Jingzhou Henglong, and Schaeffler, as well as to multiple countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa. The company is equipped with advanced domestic and international testing and inspection equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, German-made E5 eddy current flaw detectors, and pressure seal full-inspection testing machines. Additionally, it has machining equipment for producing bending molds and inspection tools, which can meet the company's internal tooling requirements for forming tubing and provide high-quality bending molds and inspection tools for the industry. The company passed the ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality system certification in March 2013.
