The WDSPR3 Flooring Material Combustion Test Apparatus is designed and manufactured in accordance with "GB11785-2005 Determination of the Burning Behavior of Floorings Using a Radiant Heat Source" for application to various types of flooring materials. It is equivalently applicable to ISO 9239.1-2002, which measures the burning behavior of floorings using a radiant heat source, and is suitable for textile carpets, cork boards, rubber sheets, plastic flooring, floor coating materials, and other flooring materials. The results can reflect the combustion performance of the flooring material (including the substrate). However, it does not exclude the possibility that changes in backing materials, underlayments, or other aspects of the flooring material may affect the test results.

Additionally, "GB11785-2005 Determination of the Burning Behavior of Floorings Using a Radiant Heat Source" is identical to ISO 9239-1:2002, which is a test method developed collaboratively by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC92) and the European Committee for Standardization. The test results of the FRF-1 Flooring Material Combustion Test Apparatus can be applied within the European Union system.

Product Features of the WDSPR3 Flooring Material Combustion Test Apparatus:

1. The sides, ends, and top of the radiant panel test chamber are made of stainless steel plates, lined with insulation material. The front is equipped with sealed fire-resistant glass for observation.

2. Below the observation window, there is a tightly closable door through which the sample platform can be moved in or out.

3. The top of the chamber is equipped with an exhaust pipe, with an exhaust capacity of 30-85 m3/min at 0°C and 105 Pa pressure.

4. The computer operating program includes a timing device to measure preheating, ignition, and combustion times.

5. The radiant heat source is a porous refractory panel with surface dimensions of (300±10) mm × (450±10) mm, capable of withstanding temperatures up to approximately 900°C. It has an instrument system and flow meters to monitor gas and air flow rates.

6. Equipped with a standard radiation pyrometer for observing a circular area with a diameter of 250 mm at a distance of approximately 1.37 m, used to calibrate the heat output of the radiant panel.

7. Features an axially symmetric ignition source nozzle. The blue inner cone length of the ignition source flame is 13±2 mm and is adjustable. The ignition source can use propane or butane as fuel.

8. Thermocouples are installed inside the radiant panel test chamber and in the center of the flue. The thermocouples should be easy to clean to ensure accurate readings.

9. Includes a water-cooled heat flux meter with a range of 0-15 KW/m2 and an accuracy of ±3%, used to measure the heat flux distribution of simulated samples.

10. Utilizes a comprehensive computer-based test control system to manage the system and record relevant experimental parameters.

11. The display simultaneously shows the top plate temperature, flue temperature, blackbody temperature, and standard radiant heat flux distribution graph, providing intuitive visualization. Test results can be printed as test reports.

12. The gas flow rate in the chamber flue is (2.5±0.2) m/s.

13. The heat flux distribution requires a total of 9 points, including: at 210 mm: (9.2±0.4) KW/m2; at 410 mm: (5.1±0.2) KW/m2; at 610 mm: (2.5±0.2) KW/m2; the remaining six points are omitted.

14. Equipped with a smoke measurement device, calibrated with 5 standard neutral density filters.

15. Includes flame arrestors for gas and air pipelines to prevent combustible gas mixtures and ensure the safety of test personnel.

16. Power supply and power: three-phase 380V±10% V, 50 Hz, power 7 KW.
