Coal Slurry Conditioning Screen

Also known as:        Coal Slurry Dilution Machine, Drum Conditioning Screen, Coal Slurry Preprocessor, Coal Slurry Mixer, Coal Slurry Disperser, Slurry Conditioning Machine, Gasification Slag Conditioning and Impurity Removal Machine. Used for the material mixing and slurry conditioning process prior to coal slurry separation, gasification slag separation, and oil sludge separation. It replaces the coal slurry dilution step and the manual slurry conditioning process where water guns are directly sprayed onto coal slurry. It is a pre-treatment device for separation.

        This equipment has high processing capacity, utilizing a dual roller mechanism for support and gear drive. It can handle the mixing of large amounts of material and effectively breaks up compacted lumps. The capacity can reach over 200 tons per hour. Additionally, it can screen, classify, and remove impurities such as debris and large particles from the material.

        A single unit can perform processes such as conditioning, mixing, blending, screening, and impurity removal, replacing manual slurry conditioning, water allocation, and rinsing steps. It meets environmental requirements and reduces labor costs by eliminating the need for manual operation.
