1. Product Overview
The TK-LW external mount ultrasonic level meter is developed and manufactured by Tuko Electronics. It employs a non-contact measurement method with externally mounted sensors,requiring no drilling or hot work on the tank, enabling installation without production shutdown,and achieving isolated measurement. The instrument can also output (4-20) mA standard communication signals to transmit measurement results to automated control systems.
3. Measurement Principle
The TK-LW external mount level meter utilizes the echo ranging principle of sonar (ultrasound). The measurement probe transmits and receives ultrasonic signals, penetrating the container wall to form echoes in the liquid, thereby achieving distance measurement.
