Construction Process

Base Treatment: Clean the wall surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil stains, and other contaminants. For uneven areas, perform detailed cleaning and repair to ensure all holes and gaps are tightly sealed.

Primer Application and Rough Surface Treatment: Apply a primer on the concrete base and perform a rough surface treatment to enhance the adhesion between the base and the thermal insulation mortar. Before construction, ensure the base is adequately watered and moistened, but there should be no visible water on the wall during rendering.

Mortar Mixing: Mechanical mixing is recommended for the thermal insulation mortar to ensure effective mixing. The mixing time may vary depending on the type of mortar, typically ranging from 5 to 6 minutes.

Rendering and Finishing: Set mortar dots and screed strips according to the designed thickness of the insulation layer. Ensure they achieve sufficient strength before applying the thermal insulation mortar, usually applied layer by layer.

Tiling and Grouting: After the insulation layer has dried, proceed with tiling. Use specialized tile adhesive or cement mortar to fix the tiles in the predetermined positions, ensuring even and firm joints.

Curing and Inspection: After tiling, perform water sprinkling for curing to ensure proper bonding between the tiles and mortar. Finally, check the wall's flatness and verticality to ensure construction quality.
