Inorganic Insulation Board Foamed Cement Board

Inorganic insulation board foamed cement board, also known as cement foamed insulation board or foamed concrete insulation board, is a type of insulation material manufactured using foamed cement technology. It is primarily made from materials such as ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, foaming agents, and additives through processes including compounding, mixing, foaming, and cutting. It features lightweight, bubble-like thermal insulation properties.

Good Freeze-Thaw Resistance: After 25 consecutive freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss rate is less than 5%, and the strength loss rate is less than 20%.

Excellent Sound Insulation: Its internal structure contains numerous independent bubbles, providing sound absorption 5-7 times that of ordinary concrete, with sound insulation effectiveness reaching up to 60 dB.

Good Workability: It is homogeneous with mortar and wall surfaces, has excellent interface properties, and can be directly adhered after simple cleaning, with strong adhesion.

Low Cost: Overall, it can reduce building insulation costs by 3-5 times.

Application Areas

Building Envelope Wall Insulation Engineering: Used for fire isolation belts in external wall insulation.

Roof Insulation Board: Used for thermal insulation of roofs.

Fire Door Core Board: Used as internal filling material for fire doors.

Production Process

Feeding and Mixing: Quantitative amounts of cement, foaming agent, and foam stabilizer enhancer are added to the mixer via the feeding system and dry mixed for 30 seconds.

Mixing: A定量 amount of warm water is added to the mixer for wet mixing for 2 minutes; then a定量 amount of foaming agent is added and mixed for 8-15 seconds.

Molding and Foaming: The slurry is poured into molds for foaming, which takes about 3-5 minutes.

Initial Curing: After molding, it is left to stand for several hours for initial curing.

Demolding: Demolding can be done once the foamed cement insulation board has achieved initial setting and possesses initial strength.

Cutting: The demolded foamed cement insulation board blank, having attained certain strength, is then cut.

Final Curing: The curing period for the foamed cement insulation board should be no less than 7 days.
