AC Microcrystalline Inorganic Thermal Insulation Mortar

AC microcrystalline inorganic thermal insulation mortar is a single-component dry powder inorganic insulation mortar produced using irregular spherical particles made from inorganic glassy pine resin rock material through special processes. These particles feature a multi-cavity internal structure and a vitrified sealed surface. Expanded vitrified microspheres serve as lightweight aggregates, combined with a certain amount of polymer cement and additives. This material can be directly mixed with water on-site for application, offering excellent aging resistance, weather resistance, thermal insulation performance, and environmental friendliness.

Application Scope

AC microcrystalline inorganic thermal insulation mortar is primarily suitable for wall insulation systems, roof insulation, roof slope leveling, as well as internal and external composite insulation and self-insulation systems. It is applicable for thermal insulation of various building walls, roofs, and ceilings, and can also form an external wall insulation composite system with high-efficiency insulation materials.

Construction Method

Base treatment: The wall surface should be cleaned of oil, dust, etc. Loose and weathered parts should be removed, and surface protrusions exceeding 10mm should be leveled.

Mixing: The weight ratio of AC microcrystalline thermal insulation mortar to water is 1:1-1.1. First, add water to the mixing container, then add the product to the container with water. Mix for 3-5 minutes until the slurry forms a uniform paste. Let it stand for 5 minutes before use.

Application and plastering: Apply each layer with a thickness within 20mm, with an interval of over 24 hours between the second layer.
