Internal addition, spray-free: Injection mold release agents can be directly added to the resin, mixed uniformly, and then used for injection molding, avoiding the cumbersome operations involved in the spraying process.

Stable and long-lasting demolding effect: Injection mold release agents can form a continuous and stable lubricating film on the mold surface, ensuring a durable and stable demolding effect.

Promotes continuous flow and improves surface finish: Injection mold release agents can enhance the flowability of plastics, reduce defect rates and waste, while also improving the surface finish of the products.

Reduces equipment wear: The use of injection mold release agents can minimize mold wear and extend the service life of the mold.

Usage method for injection mold release agents:

1. Dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:10.

2. Clean the mold surface thoroughly before application.

3. Stir the product evenly and apply it to the mold surface using a spray gun or brush.

The mixing ratio of injection mold release agent to water typically ranges from 1:3 to 1:10, and the specific ratio can be adjusted based on actual needs. For example, depending on the complexity of the casting and the actual conditions on-site, the dilution ratio can be flexibly adjusted. The general principle is that the more complex the casting, the lower the dilution ratio.

The main components of injection mold release agents include paraffin, stearic acid, vegetable oil, emulsifying aids, potassium hydroxide, etc., which are produced through heating, melting, and emulsification processes. Its features include safe operation, minimal environmental pollution, low harm to human health, excellent demolding effects, and biodegradability.

When using injection mold release agents, it is recommended to dilute and stir with tap water, and determine the appropriate dilution ratio based on the complexity of the casting and the actual conditions on-site. For complex castings, it is advisable to spray a uniform layer of diluted solution onto the mold after each demolding to ensure easy demolding for the next casting.
