Construction Method

Interface agent treatment: Mix the specialized interface agent for the insulation system according to a water-cement ratio of 1:4 until uniform, then apply it to the base with a thickness of about 3mm.

Mortar mixing and construction: Mix the inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal insulation mortar according to a water-cement ratio of 4:5.5 into a slurry. After thorough mixing, apply it to the base. Carry out construction in layers according to energy-saving requirements, with intervals of at least 24 hours between each layer. After construction, curing for 3-5 days is required, along with waterproofing treatment.
