Working Principle:

This machine adopts full computer control to perform flushing, enzymatic washing, cleaning, and 2% glutaraldehyde disinfection and rinsing for endoscopes. Each process uses circulating flow immersion, which can kill various microorganisms including bacterial spores.

Scope of Application:

Suitable for high-level cleaning and disinfection of various types of flexible endoscopes: gastroscopes, duodenoscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, ENT endoscopes, choledochoscopes, etc. The entire endoscope must be immersed for processing.

Performance Features:

1. The entire process includes fault alarm functions: insufficient disinfectant alarm, insufficient enzymatic cleaner alarm, insufficient alcohol alarm, filter too dirty or water pressure too low alarm, endoscope leakage alarm, drainage blockage alarm, and disinfectant tank water level too low alarm.

2. The entire process is automatically and continuously monitored. In case of leakage, an alarm is triggered promptly, and automatic drainage is activated to better protect the endoscope.

3. Automatically records the usage count of the disinfectant and displays it textually on the screen.

4. Can disinfect endoscopes of various brands.

5. Three-channel disinfection.

6. Enzymatic washing function: Automatically adds enzymatic cleaner according to the proportions required by different brands.

7. Alcohol function: Automatically sprays alcohol and gradually forms a process where alcohol is sprayed in measured amounts followed by automatic drying.

8. LCD display with separate operation interface and adjustment section, making operation simple and flexible.

9. Disinfection time can be adjusted according to requirements.

10. Full immersion process follows the Ministry of Health's five-tank (or five-step) method, ensuring disinfection standards are met. Can use 2% glutaraldehyde or ortho-phthalaldehyde as disinfectants.

11. The number of reusable cycles far exceeds that of similar products, thereby reducing usage costs.

12. Foot-controlled electric switch: Prevents secondary contamination caused by manually opening the lid and then handling the disinfected endoscope.
