4. One-year warranty under correct operation, with long-term supply of spare parts guaranteed;

5. Long-term technical consultation services provided;

6. Inside or outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide a clear solution within 3 hours after receiving notice of equipment failure from the demand side; if the supplier's personnel are required, domestic repairs will be completed within 24 hours, and the Pearl River Delta region within 5 hours (excluding travel time). For international users, arrangements depend on visa situations and further negotiation with foreign clients.
