1. Provide on-site installation guidance;

2. Responsible for on-site debugging and trial operation of supplied equipment until acceptance;

3. Responsible for on-site operation training and maintenance training for the recipient's personnel;

4. One-year warranty under correct operation, with long-term supply of spare parts guaranteed;

5. Long-term provision of technical consultation services;

6. Inside and outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide a clear solution within 3 hours after receiving notice of equipment failure from the demand side; if the supplier's personnel are required to be on site, domestic repairs will be completed within 24 hours, and the Pearl River Delta region within 5 hours (excluding travel time). For international users, arrangements will be made based on visa situations and further negotiation with foreign clients.
