The characteristic of an electron multiplier device is that a miniature steel tube is embedded within the ring electrode. This tube is typically made of glass or ceramic. Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning Tank:

Inner Tank Dimensions: L600×W600×H500(mm).

Structure:

1. The tank body is fully welded on all four sides. Each tank has a side overflow port with an overflow channel width of 35 mm. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the cleaning agent is pumped from the storage tank by a circulation pump, filtered, and then returned to the cleaning tank, forming a mother-daughter tank circulation system.

3. Each tank has a drain valve at the bottom.

Passivation Tank:

Structure:

1. Effectively performs passivation cleaning on workpieces.

Passivation:

1. An "M"-shaped tube is laid flat at the bottom of the tank, with numerous small holes laser-drilled on the upper part. Connected to a gas source, it forms a bubbling system. The bubbling system, acting under the passivation solution, works on the workpiece to achieve better passivation results.

2. Connected to the user's on-site air compressor gas source. To prevent "secondary pollution," it is best to connect to a nitrogen source.

3. A regulating valve is installed at the gas source inlet to adjust the gas flow rate as needed.

4. If using an air compressor gas source, it must be dry and clean.
