The cleaning principle relies on the "cavitation effect" generated by high-frequency ultrasound and the continuous up-and-down motion of the system, which increases liquid friction and rapidly removes contaminants from the workpiece surface, achieving high cleanliness.

Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning Tank:

1. Each tank is equipped with overflow outlets on all four sides, with an overflow channel width of 35mm. Each tank operates as an independent circulation unit, where the cleaning solution is pumped from the storage tank through a filter and returned to the cleaning tank, forming a mother-daughter tank circulation system.

2. Independent circulation and filtration system.

3. The ultrasonic generator includes a microcontroller with a built-in timing system, allowing flexible adjustment of cleaning time according to production needs and enabling one-to-one settings to ensure consistent cleaning results.

4. The storage tank is divided into two chambers by a partition. The cleaned solution, after oil separation, is pumped back into the cleaning tank via a circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving solution utilization. Separated oil is discharged into the main drain pipe. A municipal water inlet is also provided, which can be connected to each cleaning tank and the storage tank.

5. The filtration circulation system includes a removable filter screen before the pump and a filter after the pump. A water pressure gauge is installed before the filter to indicate when the filter needs replacement or cleaning.

Oscillation Mechanism:

The oscillation motor drives a linear slider up and down via an eccentric wheel, ensuring continuous oscillation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the oscillation system due to heavy workpieces. This allows the oscillation frame to move the cleaning basket up and down within the tank. The operation is stable with low noise.

2. During cleaning, the uniform oscillation of the workpiece increases friction between the workpiece and the liquid, facilitating rapid removal of surface contaminants and improving cleaning effectiveness.

Centrifugal Drying System (Optional):

1. Air filtration fan: 0.4KW, 3-phase 340V, air delivery volume of 12 cubic meters/min. It operates with low noise and sufficient airflow to completely remove water from the inner tray.

2. Equipped with SUS stainless steel plate.

3. Standard accessories for the centrifugal drying system include the main motor (low noise and vibration), timer, frequency converter (with maximum speed limit and adjustable speed), alarm system (with operation light, abnormal light, and semi-rotary alarm light), spindle, and PLC.

The frame of the VGT-1109FS optical ultrasonic cleaner is made of steel profiles. The front, left, and right sides are fitted with decorative panels made of stainless steel sand-acrylic boards, featuring a reflective surface for an elegant appearance.
