The VGT-01 Laser Focusing Collimating Lens Slow Pull Dehydration Cleaning Machine is an automated device that utilizes the surface tension of water to slowly lift the workpiece, allowing moisture to detach from the workpiece surface, thereby achieving the purpose of drying the workpiece surface. The entire machine adopts an optimized design, integrating functions such as water circulation, filtration, heating, agitation, and lifting. It is particularly suitable for drying needs after cleaning in industries such as optics, semiconductors, medical, and automotive parts.

Workflow: Manually place the cleaning basket on the agitation rack, start the equipment button, the equipment automatically completes the slow pull dehydration process, then manually transfer the cleaning basket away, completing the cleaning process.

The equipment has 1 cleaning process, with a modular design for easy separation and combination with other equipment.

The equipment is equipped with FFU, Class100, blowing clean air to accelerate the drying of the workpiece surface.

Mechanical button operation control, temperature control, time setting.

III. Slow Pull Cleaning Section:

Slow Pull Cleaning Tank:

Material: SUS304L stainless steel precision 8K plate, thickness approximately 1.5mm.

Structure:

1. Equipped with a set of FFU high-efficiency air filter at the top inside the tank, blowing clean air;

2. The slow pull tank has a zigzag shape with overflow on all four sides, overflow tank width about 40mm;

3. The slow pull tank water supply comes from the storage tank, provided by a magnetic pump;

4. The upper part of the slow pull tank adopts a closed structure.

Storage Tank:

Tank Body:

1. Equipped with a closed cover, externally attached with δ10 insulation cotton (non-high-level water tank);

2. Stainless steel liquid level control (SUS316) installed inside the tank, automatically shutting off the circulation pump and heating system with audible and visual alarm when no liquid is present;

3. Built-in liquid level float ball to control automatic water replenishment;

4. The bottom of the storage tank is tilted 5° towards the drainage direction, drainage port diameter 1".

Heating: Equipped with an independent storage tank, internally fitted with SUS316 stainless steel heating tubes, heating power 4KW.

Temperature Controller: Omron temperature controller, precise control, adjustable temperature.

Circulation Pipeline:

Material: The slow pull tank system pipeline is made of sanitary grade SUS304 material.

Circulation Pump: Magnetic pump.

Filtration Precision: A 10-inch stainless steel filter is installed at the water inlet, filtration precision 0.2μ.
