Properties: White powder (granules). Odorless, non-toxic. Relative density is 1.50. Soluble in hot chloroform and hot benzene, slightly soluble in gasoline, benzene, toluene, and hot alcohol; insoluble in acetone, carbon tetrachloride, ethanol, and water.

Applications: This product is a relatively safe ultra-accelerator. When used in combination with accelerator WILLING DM, it exhibits improved anti-scorching properties. It has a low critical vulcanization temperature and higher activity than thiuram accelerators, making it suitable for vulcanizing various types of rubber, including natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, within the temperature range of 80-125°C. It is particularly suitable for the vulcanization of latex, as it has minimal impact on the viscosity of latex during storage. Due to its non-staining, non-discoloring, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic properties, it can be used in the production of food-contact dipped latex products, transparent and brightly colored products, medical products, latex molded products, dipped products, latex foam, rubber cloth, self-vulcanizing latex, etc.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year.
