Specifications:

Properties: Light yellow powder (granules), slightly bitter taste, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.70, decomposition temperature 300°C. Soluble in chloroform and acetone, partially soluble in benzene, ethanol, and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water, and ethyl acetate. Stable in storage. Decomposes in strong acid or strong alkali solutions.

Applications: High-speed vulcanization accelerator, non-staining to rubber. Suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, and latex. In dry rubber, it performs similarly to WILLING MBT with excellent scorch resistance. In latex systems, it exhibits mild activity and is often used in combination with ultra-accelerators. High vulcanization critical temperature (138°C). Low risk of premature vulcanization, broad vulcanization plateau. Suitable for latex systems to adjust viscosity. Ideal for injection molding and foam rubber products. Safe to handle, easy to disperse, non-staining, non-discoloring. Provides aging resistance when used with TP. Primarily used in tires, hoses, rubber shoes, rubber fabrics, and other general industrial products.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or bulk plastic woven bags.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 2 years.
