Properties: Light yellow powder or granules, relative density 1.51. Soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in carbon disulfide and acetone, insoluble in benzene, petroleum ether, ethanol, and water.
Applications: This product is used as a delayed-action accelerator for rubber and can also serve as a vulcanizing agent. It is applicable in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, and EPDM. When used as a vulcanizing agent, its application is similar to that of WilLING TMTD, enabling sulfur-free vulcanization. The physical properties and aging resistance of the vulcanizate are essentially no different from those of WilLING TMTD, and compared to WilLING TMTD, there is no concern about premature vulcanization.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, 25kg drums.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight; shelf life is 1 year.
Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
