The TPK-S series furnace temperature tester is specifically designed for highly restricted furnace chambers. The instrument, along with the insulation box, has a very low overall height, eliminating the worry of the thermometer not being able to pass through the furnace cavity due to a low furnace opening.

We can also customize different insulation boxes based on the temperature and testing time requirements of the customer's IR furnace or tunnel furnace.

Product Description:

1. Capable of measuring the actual welding temperature curves of IR furnaces, kilns, tunnel furnaces, spray coating lines, and ovens online. Three PC interface options (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese) are available and interchangeable.

2. Each channel can record up to 120,000 data points. When paired with a PC running Windows 98 or above, it clearly displays the actual set temperature curve of the soldering furnace. Each curve can be set to multiple colors and printed horizontally or vertically via a printer.

3. Automatically displays the maximum temperature per channel, horizontal temperature/time lines, and single-point temperature and time on the computer.

4. Allows setting the size, distance, and running direction of each soldering point (component point) on the PCB. Can download and display PCB color images and positioning points, automatically showing temperature zones.

5. Through the PC, soldering zones, soldering time points, rise slope, fall slope, total time beyond specified temperature, and slope between any two points can be set.

6. Provides detailed information through a detailed information dialog box and allows entering the print range for deeper operator understanding.

7. Equipped with a built-in rechargeable nickel-cadmium battery, it can operate continuously for up to 24 hours and record and save 256 sets of data.

8. Automatically analyzes channel indicators based on customer-provided process parameters. Newly downloaded curves are automatically judged as OK/NG.

9. Automatically powers off for protection when the internal temperature exceeds 65℃.
