Product Introduction

During the transportation of exported goods, especially in maritime shipping, significant temperature differences between day and night can easily lead to condensation (commonly known as "container rain" and "cargo sweat"), which is a primary cause of product mold. Our company, IHeir (China) Co., Ltd., has conducted extensive efforts and investigations, along with in-depth analysis and research. Ultimately, we selected a special material imported from the United States (cross-linked sodium polyacrylate, also known as superabsorbent polymer) as the raw material. Through a series of special treatments and processing, we developed the T-1000-M Container Desiccant Stick. This product not only absorbs moisture quickly but also has exceptionally strong water retention and absorption capabilities.

After absorbing water, this product swells into a gel state, encapsulating the absorbed water within the polymer network. Even if the surrounding humidity is much lower than its own, it will not release the absorbed water. It also retains the absorbed water well under pressure. The product can absorb dozens to hundreds of times its own weight. At 25°C and 80% relative humidity, its adsorption capacity for water vapor exceeds 99%. It has a high adsorption capacity for both water vapor and other condensable vapors. In addition to these features, the product is stable in performance and contains a unique antibacterial factor that not only prevents bacterial growth on the product itself but also inhibits bacterial growth in the surrounding environment. It effectively combines moisture-proof, anti-mold, and antibacterial properties, making it unique in this field. The product uses natural plant fibers as the adsorption carrier and is biodegradable. Its heavy metal content is below the limits set by EU and US regulations, and it is non-acidic. Discarded after use, it does not pollute soil, water, or air, making it an environmentally friendly desiccant.

Purpose
By controlling the humidity in storage and transportation environments, we aim to inhibit the conditions for mold growth, thereby eliminating the harmful effects of mold spores that cause product mold, deterioration, and corrosion.

Product Application:
This product contains no additives, corrosive substances, or chlorides and is made from purely processed natural minerals. It has a neutral pH and is non-corrosive to any metal. It can be widely used for moisture protection in various high and low-grade products, including textiles, footwear, apparel, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, pharmaceuticals, and food.

Storage and Transportation:
1. Handle with care during transportation to avoid mechanical damage to the inner and outer packaging.
2. Keep the transportation and storage environment cool and dry.
3. After opening the inner packaging, any remaining product must be stored in a sealed container.
