iHeir AB Eco-friendly Wood Bleach primarily works by chemically reacting with the chromophores in wood, such as carbonyl groups (C=O), vinyl groups, methoxy groups (-CHO), and carboxyl groups (-COOH), to lighten the original color of the wood.

Scope of Application
iHeir AB Eco-friendly Wood Bleach can effectively treat discoloration, stains, and mineral lines in a wide range of wood types, including beech, maple, figured wood, birch, cherry wood, ash, oak, Indonesian white wood, paulownia, linden, Northeast birch, Southwest birch, rubberwood (from Malaysia and Thailand), oak, spruce, red cedar, catalpa, as well as imported wood species. It is suitable for wood boards, wooden flooring, wood trim, wooden doors, wooden furniture, wooden crafts, woven crafts, bamboo products, and rattan products.

Product Features
This product is flame-retardant, safe, non-toxic, residue-free, and has no irritating odor. It bleaches quickly without yellowing, is easy to use, and harmless to humans. After bleaching, the wood retains clear vessels and grain patterns without affecting its fiber or strength. The mixed solution of A and B remains effective for 24-72 hours and can be reused. Instructions for Use
1. Mix equal parts of Solution A and Solution B in a non-metallic container at a 1:1 ratio. Apply by brushing, soaking, or spraying, depending on the wood processing requirements.
2. Allow the bleached wood to dry completely for 24 hours, or heat it to 40-70°C (depending on wood thickness) to speed up drying to 15-45 minutes, until the moisture content is below 12%. Then, proceed with sanding and processing.

Construction Requirements
1. For products that require soaking (such as wood trim, thin veneer, wood carvings, and furniture parts), avoid using cement pools containing acid or alkali, as this may reduce the product's effectiveness. It is best to use stainless steel or plastic pools for soaking. When soaking thin veneer, place it vertically and continuously agitate it. Horizontal placement may hinder the penetration of the solution and directly affect the bleaching results.
2. Depending on the wood structure and desired whiteness, soaking time generally ranges from 5 to 90 minutes. Longer soaking times result in whiter outcomes. The soaking solution can be reused, and the mixed solution remains effective for over 150 hours, allowing for repeated and continuous bleaching until the solution loses its potency.
3. If two different shades appear on the same surface, use a sponge to apply a small amount of the mixed bleach to the darker areas 1-2 times. After drying, apply a uniform coat over the entire surface to achieve ideal results. Brushing-type wood bleach improves upon traditional bleaching methods, which often have strong odors, tendency to absorb moisture, susceptibility to yellowing, deformation and cracking after drying, uneven whitening, and significant harm to human hair. It is mainly suitable for brushing or spraying on large items such as wooden doors, windows, flooring, veneered panels, and wooden furniture.

Precautions
1. Solutions A and B are complementary products. Strictly follow the 1:1 ratio for mixing.
2. This product is corrosive. Please wear gloves when using.
3. Avoid direct skin contact (keep away from children during operation).
4. Ensure good ventilation in the application area.
5. Store in a dry, cool place at temperatures between 0-43°C.
6. Shelf life: Approximately two years when stored separately.
