Current Project Status

1: Primary chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, and hot water circulation pumps all operate at fixed frequency. The pumps cannot adjust the system flow rate according to load changes,

and manual adjustment of the number of operating units is required, making group control and equalized operation time unachievable;

2: Screw chillers and centrifugal chillers are used together, while the commercial and office cooling demand periods differ significantly, preventing the host units from accurately finding efficient operating ranges, resulting in low system COP

values;

3: The boiler room and heat exchange station lack an equipment monitoring platform, preventing automatic operation of equipment;

4: Cooling (heating) loads cannot be automatically predicted, analyzed, or allocated, leading to high cooling (heating) energy consumption;

5: There is no electricity consumption statistical management and analysis platform, posing risks of energy wastage and leaks;

Solution

1: Deploy a central air conditioning energy-saving cloud control management and operation platform to achieve efficient automatic operation of refrigeration room equipment

2: Install boiler room operation terminals to achieve efficient automatic operation of boiler room equipment

3: Install heat exchange station operation terminals to achieve efficient automatic operation of heat exchange station equipment

4: Deploy an energy consumption control and management platform to enable real-time monitoring and measurement of cold and heat energy

Objectives

1: Establish an intelligent cloud control management platform for cold and heat source equipment rooms, providing full-lifecycle concierge services;

2: Achieve analysis and prediction of cooling (heating) loads to ensure efficient operation of the equipment room;

3: Real-time statistics and analysis of electricity consumption, continuously monitoring energy flow to detect energy consumption leaks;

4: Online monitoring and diagnosis of equipment, enabling fault prediction, early warnings, and intelligent troubleshooting to improve the efficiency of handling sudden failures and abnormalities;

5: Replace daily operation and maintenance tasks, reducing maintenance personnel and workload, and lowering the probability of equipment失控 and damage;
