Product Introduction:

The IEC standard refers to the conductor carrying unbalanced multiphase current as the neutral line (N line), commonly known as the "zero line." In the windings of transformers and generators, there is a point where the absolute voltage between this point and each external terminal is equal. This point is called the neutral point, and the conductor drawn from it is referred to as the neutral line.

Ways in Which the Neutral Line Causes Fires:

1. One way is long-term overloading of the neutral line, leading to aging of the insulation layer and ultimately causing the insulation to ignite and start a fire.

2. Another is a fault in the neutral line that causes it to open, resulting in severe three-phase imbalance, burning out electrical equipment and starting a fire.

3. Overloading of the neutral line is the main cause of electrical fires. Research has found that the reasons for neutral line overloading are three-phase imbalance and a large amount of harmonic current in the circuit.

Equipment Introduction:

The neutral line protection device is connected in parallel to the distribution box. This achieves dynamic and continuous compensation, eliminating neutral line current.

Basic Principle: The device detects the current in the system through voltage and current detection components and provides a reference value for the compensation current. The control system then generates corresponding pulses based on this reference value, controlling the main circuit to produce a compensation current or voltage that tracks the reference value, achieving the compensation effect. This results in low current and low loss in the neutral line of the power supply system, providing a reliable and high-quality safe electricity environment for the load.
