Main Problems Solved by the Residual Pressure System:

If the residual pressure value is too high, it may cause difficulty in opening evacuation doors, seriously affecting the evacuation of the elderly and children. Therefore, the residual pressure monitoring system can solve this problem.

1、When the residual pressure exceeds the standard, the residual pressure monitoring system controls the opening of the pressure relief valve set on the bypass of the pressurized air supply, reducing the on-site residual pressure.

2、When the residual pressure returns to the set reset value, the residual pressure monitoring system controls the closing of the pressure relief valve, keeping the on-site residual pressure within the required range.

Residual PressureSystem Working Principle:

The AZY-YZ Residual Pressure Monitor detects the on-site residual pressure and transmits the real-time residual pressure value to the TY-A-10 Residual Pressure Controller; the AZY-YK Residual Pressure Controller analyzes and judges the received residual pressure value. If there is an超標(biāo) residual pressure value, it issues an audible and visual alarm and sends a control signal to the corresponding AZY-YP bypass pressure relief valve control unit to control the opening of the pressure relief valve and can automatically reset.

The AZY-YF Residual Pressure Monitoring Host receives data information from all TY-A-10 Residual Pressure Controllers for centralized display and can accept the fire alarm host's signal to start the fire pressurization fan and control the corresponding TY-A-10 Residual Pressure Controller based on the signal.
