Working Principle of the Door Panel Servo Hot Riveting Welding Machine:

The hot riveting welding machine primarily welds plastic parts through a temperature-controlled heating head. During welding, the heating head is placed on top of the workpiece to be riveted. When the workpiece is pressed against the heating head, the plastic begins to melt. After a pre-set heating time, the plastic on the surface of the workpiece reaches a certain level of melting. Once the heating stops, pressure is maintained for a few seconds, and air cooling is applied to solidify and shape it, forming a strong molecular chain to achieve the welding purpose. The welding strength can exceed that of the original material, completing the entire welding process.
