MHCYG Chemical Oil Remover
Overview
The chemical oil removal method involves adding chemical agents. Through mixing and reaction, oil, oxidized scale, and other suspended solids in water are separated via coagulation and flocculation sedimentation to achieve water purification. When the influent contains 35-45 mg/L of oil and around 200 mg/L of SS, the effluent contains less than 10 mg/L of oil and less than 25 mg/L of SS. Two types of agents are added separately: the first is an electrolyte agent added to the first mixing chamber, and the second is a specially formulated polymer oil flocculant added to the second mixing chamber. The first agent must be added before the second, and the order cannot be reversed. Both agents are non-toxic and harmless. After dosing and passing through the first and second mixing stages, the wastewater enters an inclined tube sedimentation tank. The oil (floating oil and emulsified oil) and suspended solids form large flocs through coagulation and flocculation, settling into the lower sludge hopper. The clear water at the top is discharged via an overflow weir and outlet pipe. The sludge at the bottom can be discharged periodically, typically every 8 hours for 2-3 minutes each time. The discharged sludge can be sent to the cyclone pool (or primary scale sedimentation tank) slag pit and transported out along with coarse scale, or it can be separately filtered and recycled.
Compared to the old process, it saves on the secondary sedimentation tank and filter, with reliable equipment operation, long service life, and minimal maintenance. The turbid circulating water system operates in a良性循環(huán)狀態(tài), providing reliable assurance for high-quality production in enterprises.
The MHCYG series chemical oil remover is the second-generation product following the CYCWG type chemical oil remover. Compared to the first generation, the second generation offers the following advantages:

The MHCYG chemical oil remover allows the sludge accumulated in the sedimentation tank to circulate, colliding, contacting, and adsorbing with the impurities (fine oxidized scale particles) and oil (floating oil and emulsified oil) in the raw water, fully utilizing the added agents and enhancing treatment efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Further reduced operating costs. Due to the full utilization of agents, the dosage can be reduced, and energy consumption is lowered. Compared to the first-generation chemical oil remover, it saves over 30% in agent dosage and over 50% in energy consumption, resulting in significant cost savings.
3. Stable operation and strong adaptability. The large equipment volume increases resistance to沖擊力 from varying influent flow rates, and the partial回流 of wastewater enhances the chances of agent collision and attachment in the water. This accelerates the flocculation and sedimentation speed of suspended solids and oil, ensuring stable, reliable, and thorough treatment.
