The prestressed tension tester is primarily used for steel cable tension testing. It determines the relationship between the force applied to the steel cable and its lateral displacement by measuring both parameters. It is widely applicable in research institutes, metallurgical construction, national defense and civil air defense, universities and colleges, machinery manufacturing, transportation, and other industries as an ideal cost-effective testing equipment.

Xi'an LETRY specializes in manufacturing the 30kN prestressed tension tester, which mainly consists of a base, support frame, pressure head, clamp, force sensor, displacement sensor, screw, and thrust ball bearing, among other components. The entire structure is wing-shaped, with two force-bearing supports welded from hollow square tubes and installed on the central base (equipped with a pressure head) to withstand the tension of the steel cable. A spiral mechanism is mounted on the base via a thrust ball bearing. By rotating the nut via a handle, the screw (with a pitch of 1mm) moves linearly downward within the base, tightening the steel cable passing through the clamp (generating lateral tension and displacement). The force sensor and displacement sensor installed at the screw end measure the lateral tension and displacement, with readings displayed in real-time on the readout instrument.
