I. Product Features and Description
The yield of thin-film filters is significantly affected by processing errors and material parameter deviations. Additionally, the coupling structures between resonators and between resonators and input/output ports in thin-film filters are integrally fabricated with the entire filter. Once surface-mount thin-film filters are completed, they cannot be individually readjusted.
Thin-film circuits offer advantages such as a wide parameter range (4GHz--45GHz), small size, high line precision, good temperature characteristics, high integration, convenient soldering, light weight, excellent performance, high stability, good out-of-band rejection, low insertion loss, wide temperature range, 50 Ω coplanar waveguide output, and gold wire bonding, making them suitable for multi-chip integrated module applications. These are also the characteristics of surface-mount thin-film filters made using thin-film circuits.

Custom orders are accepted for 3~13 order, 2GHz--40GHz, 3dB bandwidth from 5%~60%, coplanar waveguide input and output thin-film low-pass filters, thin-film high-pass filters, thin-film band-pass filters, and thin-film band-stop filters.
