The HT821, HT825, HT825F, and HT862 series friction false twisters are compatible with the FK6 series high-speed elastic yarn machines, primarily used for false twist texturing of polyester pre-oriented yarn or drawn yarn.
- Main Technical Features
The HT821, HT825, HT825F, and HT862 series friction false twisters are manufactured using friction false twister technology from Germany's Barmag. The false twister structure is three-axis, multi-disc type. The guide discs and working discs are made of full ceramic discs or polyurethane discs. The configuration of the working discs can be combined in various ways according to different process requirements. This series of false twisters allows for simple conversion between S-twist and Z-twist, features a reasonable structure, and is easy to use and maintain.
