BR0.28 Detachable Plate Heat Exchanger with DN80 Flange Interface

Regarding the assembly of plate heat exchanger components, whether it involves the manufacturer shipping parts to the user for on-site assembly or the user reassembling after disassembling the equipment during maintenance, the following sequence must be strictly followed.

(1) Carefully review the accompanying documents (certificate of conformity, material certificate, flow diagram, assembly drawing, and packing list).

(2) Verify that the materials of the plates, nozzles, and gaskets are compatible with the corrosion resistance requirements of the medium inside the heat exchanger.

(3) Check against the drawings to ensure all parts are complete and that their models and dimensions match the specifications in the drawings.

(4) Clean the gasket grooves of the plates, apply adhesive evenly, attach the gaskets, then stack the plates neatly together and apply a certain amount of weight for compression.

(5) Assemble according to the designed flow diagram and tighten in the specified sequence. During tightening, first tighten nuts No. 1, 2, 3, and 4, followed by nuts No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

(6) Perform hydraulic tests separately for each side. The test pressure should be 1.25 times the design pressure of the equipment; maintain pressure for 30 minutes and inspect all sealing and welding areas—no leakage indicates qualification.
