I. Purpose and Features

The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor is a core and critical equipment in the pulverized coal conveying system. It is fixedly installed at the lower part of the blowing tank and is responsible for converting solid pulverized coal into a fluidized state and achieving stable transportation. The equipment is highly specialized in material selection, primarily using diffusion metal mesh plates, which offer high strength, high permeability, and excellent wear resistance, making them suitable for the harsh conditions during pulverized coal conveying. Additionally, the equipment integrates a high-precision gas distributor, which ensures uniform distribution of conveying gas across the entire fluidized bed area, significantly improving the fluidization quality of pulverized coal and ultimately achieving continuous, uniform, and efficient conveying. II. Performance Parameters

1. Applicable Media: Compatible with two mixed conveying media: "pulverized coal + air" and "pulverized coal + nitrogen." Among these, "pulverized coal + air" is suitable for conventional working conditions without explosion-proof requirements, while "pulverized coal + nitrogen" meets the safety conveying needs in flammable and explosive environments, fully adapting to the media selection requirements of different production scenarios.

1. Operating Temperature: The operating temperature range is stable between 0 - 100°C, capable of adapting to temperature variations in most industrial production environments without the need for additional heating or cooling auxiliary equipment, reducing system configuration costs.
