Overview

The UHZ-XHC810 standard magnetic flap level gauge is the most commonly used side-mounted level gauge type in our company's magnetic flap level gauge series.

Main Technical Parameters

Measuring range: 200～6000mm. For level gauges exceeding 6000mm or where transportation conditions do not allow for excessive length, segmented manufacturing can be adopted.

Accuracy: ±10mm

Medium density: 0.5～2.0g/cm

Medium density difference: ≥0.15g/cm (for interface measurement)

Operating temperature: -80～400℃

Operating pressure: -0.1～16MPa

Medium viscosity: ≤0.4Pa·S

Process connection: Flange nominal diameter DN20～DN50. The flange standard adopts the latest HG20592～20635-97 flange standard promulgated by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1998. For other flange standards (such as GB, JB/T, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify when ordering.

Main conduit material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti; 304SS; 316L; Titanium.
