Working Principle:
Due to the material being directly impacted by high-speed airflow with strong force against the target (including multiple rebounds and crushing against the inner wall of the crushing chamber), the crushing force is exceptionally high. This enables effective crushing of most tough and fibrous materials. The configured scroll separator allows coarser materials to undergo continuous cyclic crushing, resulting in uniform particle size after crushing. Hexagonal or toothed targets can be selected to meet the crushing requirements of different materials.

· Crushing can be performed below room temperature, making it suitable for heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials.
· Due to the continuous cyclic crushing of coarser materials, the crushed product has uniform particle size.

· Simple structure, no moving parts, capable of continuous production.
