6-Inch Small Experimental Open Mixing Mill XL-KLYP4

Overview:

Small Experimental Open Mixing Mill is used by rubber and plastic manufacturers and research institutions for raw rubber plasticization, mixing of rubber and additives, hot mixing of compound, and pressing of dumbbell-shaped test samples. It can also be used for plastic mixing experiments.

Main Structure:

1) Silicone Open Mixing Mill mainly consists of a base, roller upper seat, 304# material receiving basin tabletop, and enclosure, forming a benchtop structure.

2) The machine is composed of a transmission device, main unit, rollers, roller gap adjustment device, emergency stop brake device, bottom natural ventilation device, electric heating device, and electrical control components. The motor is directly connected to the reducer, and the small sprocket on its output shaft drives the large sprocket on the rear roller shaft. The speed ratio drive gear at the other end of the rear roller then drives the speed ratio gear on the front roller, causing the front and rear rollers to rotate in opposite directions.

3) The rollers feature forward and reverse rotation and independent heating functions.

4) The double-roller open mixing mill is equipped with a touch-type emergency stop button for immediate shutdown in case of danger.

5) When pressing sheets with the Silicone Open Mixing Mill, the roller surface is hard chrome-plated. Metal products must not be used to scrape or grind the surface (bamboo products are required and provided upon delivery) to avoid damaging the surface.
