3-inch 4-inch 6-inch Small Dual-Roll Open Mill Press

I. Overview:

Small Dual-Roll Open Mill Press is used by rubber or plastic manufacturers for sheet pressing, color matching, or testing purposes. It mixes and rolls plastics, color powders, or rubber through heating to produce smooth, uniform, and flat samples. This machine is commonly used in research institutions or laboratory settings of plastic and rubber factories.

II. Main Structure:

1) Small Dual-Roll Open Mill Press mainly consists of a base, roller upper seat, 304# material receiving tabletop, and an enclosure, forming a benchtop structure.

2) It is composed of a transmission device, main unit, rollers, roll gap adjustment mechanism, emergency stop brake, natural bottom ventilation system, electric heating system, and electrical control components. The motor is directly connected to the reducer, which drives the large sprocket on the rear roller shaft via a small sprocket on the output shaft. The rear roller then drives the front roller through ratio gears, causing both rollers to rotate in opposite directions.

3) The rollers feature both forward and reverse rotation functions and independent heating. Each roller is controlled by two separate temperature control systems, divided into first-stage and second-stage temperatures.

4) The small open mill is equipped with an emergency stop button designed for impact activation. Press the button immediately in case of danger to halt operation.

5) Small Dual-Roll Open Mill Press rollers are hard chrome-plated. Do not use metal tools to scrape or grind the roller surface during pressing or sample removal (bamboo tools should be used) to avoid surface damage.
