Description:

The Power Cord Flexing and Sway Test Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with domestic and international safety standards such as UL/CSA, GB, IEC, JIS, etc., specifically for "Flexible Cords and Cables." It is suitable for conducting flexing and sway tests on non-rewirable plugs and power cords of household appliances and similar electrical equipment.

Secure the appliance (connector, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) onto the rotating plate of the machine, aligning the power cord exit with the center of the rotating plate. Hang the power cord vertically and apply a load. After setting the flexing speed, left/right angles, and number of cycles, start the rotating plate to begin flexing the power cord. After automatic shutdown, inspect the degree of insulation damage and the conductor breakage rate.

Flexing Frequency: Electronically controlled, adjustable from 10 to 60 ± 2 cycles/min.

Flexing Angle: Adjustable from 10 to 180 ± 2 degrees (factory default: left/right ± 90 degrees).

Flexing Cycles: 4 counters in total. One is preset for total bending cycles (0–999,999), and the other three are for counting the cycles from the start of the test until the sample breaks at each station.
