Overview

Electric Flat Plate Vulcanizing Press is suitable for polymer materials such as rubber, plastic, and resin. The raw material is placed in a dedicated mold, clamped between electric heating plates, and formed for testing. It is ideal for research institutions and corporate laboratories.

This machine is equipped with an electronic intelligent instrument to control the molding action. It allows setting pressure, temperature, time, and a molding counter, with both manual and automatic operation modes. It features low noise and ease of use.

Electric Flat Plate Vulcanizing Press uses an electric hydraulic system with automatic pressure compensation, automatic pressurization, and depressurization. The oil cylinder has high precision, high-wear-resistant guide columns, strong load capacity, and stable lifting. Capacity ranges from 25 to 100 tons for selection.

This machine has a simple structure and comprehensive functions.
