Press the automatic operation button to begin the automatic straightening process.

The servo motor drives the workpiece to rotate, while the measurement control system collects real-time data from two reference measurement points and the straightening measurement point using displacement sensors.
In multi-measurement point mode, the control system automatically locates the straightening point based on the runout data collected from each straightening point.
The workpiece rotation motor drives the workpiece to rotate to the straightening position with the high point facing upward, awaiting straightening. During the positioning process, forward and reverse rotation control can be implemented to stop at the nearest high point.
The control system calculates the straightening amount based on the workpiece bending quantity and drives the servo motor to perform straightening.
After one straightening cycle is completed, the press head returns to a position close to the workpiece surface, facilitating quick completion of the next straightening operation.
When the press head retracts and disengages from the workpiece, the system can quickly determine whether the straightening meets expectations based on the current sensor position without requiring re-rotation for measurement. If the system detects that the straightening does not meet expectations, it will adjust the straightening stroke and promptly initiate the next straightening cycle, creating the visual effect of "continuous point straightening."
