In 2006, "Sihong Yuecheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd." was established in Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. In 2008, "Changzhou Huyue Chemical Co., Ltd." was established in the Xinbei District of Changzhou. In March 2017, due to the government's initiative to create an ecological county free of chemical industries, "Sihong Yuecheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd." was relocated to the Hebin Industrial Park, Huinong District, Shizuishan City, Ningxia.
